Abstract

This article was originally published online on 1 October 2019 with errors regarding the sublabels of Fig. 5. In Sec. IV C, second paragraph, last sentence, the text as shown in Figs. 5(e.1)5(e.4) should read as shown in Figs. 5(a)5(d). In the caption of Fig. 5, the text Convective waves are observed in (e.4) should read Convective waves are observed in (d). AIP Publishing apologizes for these errors. All online versions of the article were corrected on 3 October 2019. The article is correct as it appears in the printed version of the journal.
