Abstract
Internet usage has rapidly become an indispensable adjunct in organisations operations and has improved individuals' daily life. Therefore, the present study develops an integrated model with combination of DeLone and McLean IS model, creative self-efficacy and technology acceptance model in order to investigate employees' actual usage of internet in organisations and its impact on employees' creative performance. This study extends the body of knowledge in this subject and examined the moderating effect of creative self-efficacy between actual use of internet and employee creative performance. For data analysis structural equation modelling (SEM) approach was used. Results indicate that DeLone and McLean and technology acceptance model constructs jointly explained R2 72.0% variance in actual use of internet. Moreover, findings confirmed that creative self-efficacy moderate the relationship between actual use of internet and employee creative performance. The importance level of the constructs was assessed with (f2) effect size and IPMA analysis.
