Abstract

In the title compound, C22H15NO3, the quinoline system is essentially planar, and the mean plane of the indenone ring system is almost coplanar with the quinoline group. The crystal structure is stabilized by inter- and intramolecular C - H⋯O hydrogen-bonding interactions.
