L-R: Messrs. Carl Belling, W.R. Hume (Managing Director), John Miller (Chairman), E.J. Hume J.H. Cooke (Secretary). There were three other shareholders in the company - Messrs. William Taylor, Herman Fuss and John Rosewood. The first share issue in the new company was £300.
